Initiate Your Request
Contact our scent specialists via email or visit your local Soap Makery within 30 days of purchase to begin the return process.
Prepare Your Items
Ensure your products are in their original packaging; for hygiene reasons, we can only accept items that are lightly used or unopened.
Ship or Drop Off
Print your prepaid return label for mail-in returns, or simply bring your items and proof of purchase directly to any Buff City Soap location.
Receive Your Refund
Once we process your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, or you can opt for an immediate in-store exchange.
