How long does shipping take for online orders?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
We want you to love your scent! If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return unused products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Are Buff City Soap products safe for sensitive skin?
